i was not in the right mood to update yesterday. today i guess i am feeling much better then yesterday. i still need time to get over the fact that i didnt make it into NTL team. vie was being really nice last night, although i was being super stubborn. i know the chances was very slim when marli suddenly told us that she was going to make the decision that night. anyway only 5 freshies were chosen to play. so all the best to all those who made into the team. i guess no point brooding over it now right? all i can do is work hard for future competitions. blame myself for injuring my backbone after lionreds. that made me not able to come for training and take part in YMCA. i have no one else to blame, but myself. but nonetheless, i want to thank all those who cared and told me its not the end of the world. vie, liting (thank you for that lovely card and m&ms. it sure did brightened up my day.) manda, baby and brian. i guess vie talked alot of sense into me last night. and somehow i have to agree with her. so no worries. the weekend will be just enough for me to forget about this whole thing and by monday i will be all ready for training.
today's lesson was just to submit our work and tony just touved up alittle on lighting legend. so in total lesson was only on for 45 minutes. after that i met baby at sji to watch rugby match between st.andrews and sji. st.andrews won of course. it wasnt surprising at all. i kind of expected it. anyway this block is really slack. and i am not used to it. i rather work be piling actually. i dont know why too. i feel so uncomfortable coming home by 6 almost everyday. there are homeworks la, but its like those kind that can be completed within 30 minutes.
i am working tommorow. i cant wait. thats the only time i get to meet different kind of people. but hopefully i am not hosting. i hate hosting. :( its the boringest job on planet earth la! all you do is just stand behind a pile of menus and bring customers to their table. what a bummer.
anyway, i just choose the wallpaper for my new room. wee. i cant wait for my new house to be done! (: my room is a little green-y. and all i can say is, i love. i think its VOLALA! :D
sigh. i think i am going to miss playing with the seniors. 10 weeks training without them. :( i'll miss training with liting too! oh well. anyway congratulations to the 18 who made it into the team. all the best and play hard!
